These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made through TJK Travels India Pvt. Ltd. By purchasing a ticket from us, you agree to the policies and rules stated below.

 

1. Shipping Policy

 

• All flight tickets purchased through our portal are issued in electronic format (e-tickets).
• Hard copies of tickets are not shipped to customers.
• Once your booking is confirmed, your e-ticket will be sent to the registered email address provided at the time of booking.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and accessible.
• We strive to ensure timely delivery of your e-tickets; however, delays caused by incorrect details, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions are beyond our control.

 

2. Return Policy

 

• All air tickets purchased are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
• All fare rules, restrictions, and airline ticketing policies are subject to change without prior notice.
• Any changes to flights must be requested at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled departure, and may be subject to additional charges as per airline rules.
• Passengers are responsible for reviewing the applicable airline policies, including baggage rules, fare conditions, and change penalties, before making a purchase.

 

3. Refund Policy

 

• No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased through our platform, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• This policy applies to all tickets, including promotional and discounted fares.
• Customers are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as illness, visa rejections, or travel disruptions.
• Any applicable taxes or fees paid to the airline may be refundable in accordance with the airline’s policy; however, this is subject to their discretion and processing time.

 

4. Passenger Responsibility

 

• Passengers must ensure that all travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are valid for their travel itinerary.
• We are not responsible for any denial of boarding, delays, or cancellations due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
• Any additional charges such as airport taxes, surcharges, or service fees imposed after booking will be borne by the passenger.
